Jenny is a Partner in the Private Client team and specialises in Court of Protection work, having joined Clapham & Collinge LLP in March 2022. Previously she spent almost 25 years working in house at a local authority, advising on all aspects of adult social care.
Jenny qualified in 1995, working initially in the fields of family law and criminal litigation, before moving into local government and developing her specialism in Mental Capacity law.
Jenny is a Member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, recognising her expertise in legal support for older and vulnerable clients, their families and carers.
Jenny is married and has three grown up daughters. She is an active member of her local church and enjoys gardening.
