Erin joined Clapham & Collinge as a Conveyancer in May 2017 and was promoted to an associate in May 2020.
Erin started working within the legal section in 2008 and therefore has extension knowledge with regards to residential property and land. Erin undertake all aspects of residential property work including freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Erin also has experience dealing with unregistered land, new build transactions and help to buy.
