Paul is a Chartered Legal Executive and Head of Corporate and Commercial Property Team at Clapham and Collinge LLP. Paul joined the firm in June 2023 and brings a range of experience gained from both corporate and high street firms providing legal services to clients nationwide and internationally.
Paul advises on a range of corporate and commercial property matters including: the sale and purchase of business premises, commercial landlord and tenant, business sales and purchases, shareholder and partnership agreements, and advice on general commercial contracts.
In his spare time Paul enjoys playing guitar, trips away in their campervan, gaming (board, tabletop and video games), rewatching his favourite TV series (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and misquoting Star Wars.
